Yes. You can sell to OfferBanc and we can pay your agent's commissions.
OfferBanc pays for all of seller closing costs except any mortgages, liens, and property taxes. We will pay escrow and title fees, transfer taxes, inspection reports, home warranties, disclosure fees, and recording fees.
Our offer is typically good for 3 business days, or the expire date listed on the communication we sent you. But if you need more time, you can re-enter your address and get an offer at that time. Please be advise that because of market fluctuations, the amount of our offer may vary based on market conditions at the time of offer.
We compare similar sold properties in your area in order to determine our value. Then we make adjustments depending on any repairs that we may need to do.
OfferBanc makes a value determination on your home based on several parameters. If you believe that there are some other value that we have overlooked, we can adjust accordingly.
We understand that moving is very stressful. If you need more time to move, we can accommodate that by extending the escrow time period.

OfferBanc can purchase single family homes, condominiums, and 1-4 unit apartments, up to $1.5 million. We can also purchase larger apartments and commercial units. Please contact us personally to inquire about your case.

There is a little room for negotiation because we base our offer on comparable sales. But it you believe there are special circumstances that increases your home value, we can reconsider a higher offer.

OfferBanc pays for all of the seller's closing costs with the exception of your mortgage, property taxes, and any liens on the property. We buy in as-is condition and pay for escrow fees, title fees, inspection fees, transfer taxes, and other transfer related fees.
We will send you our offer by email. If you agree to our offer, we can go to your home and do a final inspection and finalize the contract.
OfferBanc will value the home based on your questionnaire. If there are areas that need more attention than what is disclosed on the questionnaire, we can make an adjusted offer at that time.
Yes. OfferBanc can dispose of your unneeded items. We will need a signed statement allowing us to dispose of any items that remain in the house after closing escrow.
